General Information

• Single user licensed software can be downloaded 4 times.
• For multi-user licensed software please use the contact form to get in touch with us.
• The download link will expire after 30 days. Making backups is the responsibility of the customer.
• Save the file first (right-click, then choose "Save Link as...") and keep it. Don't install it directly from the Internet.
• Minor updates are included for free.
• Major updates are available under preferred conditions for customers.
• Information about an update are sent by email (the one you use on the shop site, not the one you use on PayPal).
• A ZIP archive program is needed to unpack the downloaded file.
  If you don't have such a program, download 7-Zip for free (www.7-zip.org).
• PayPal needs 4 - 6 day to verify eChecks. The download is not possible until the eCheck was verified by PayPal.
