Step by step instructions

1. Don't use a download accelerator.
   If you don't know what that is, you're not using one.
2. Log in on the shop site shop.novelist.ch using the account that has been created during the ordering process.
   1. Click on "Log In" located on the top of the page. If there is no log in at the top of the page, you are already logged in.
   2. Enter email and password.
   3. Click the login button.
3. Click on My Account located on the top of the page.
4. Click on the View button located on the last row of your order.
5. Do not click on the download button directly!
   Right-click on the download button and then choose "Save link as...".
6. Open the file explorer and go to your download folder.
7. Unpack and install the file.
8. Windows Users
   • If asked to uninstall an old, already installed version, confirm with "yes".
   • After the installation the program is installed as Storybook Pro (and not as "Storybook" like the free version).

Notes

• You cannot login on this site (where you currently are) with the account created for the shop site. The account created on the shop site is valid on the shop site only.
• If there is no download button on the download page, that's because of one of the following reasons:
  • You already downloaded the ordered file 4 times.
  • Your download has been expired (downloads expire after 30 days).
