How do I activate my Storybook Pro license? |

Download and install the free version of Storybook.

Purchase a Storybook Pro license in the shop.

Make sure you use a valid email! If you don't use a valid email address, you won't be able to reset your password in case you forget it.

After the registration you will receive a welcome email. If you don't receive such an email, your email is invalid or your email provider is not supported. Use another email in this case (we suggest Gmail) before you finish and pay your order.

Remember your email and password used for the registration!

Start Storybook.

From the menu Window choose Preferences. Choose the tab Storybook Pro.

Enter your email and password used for the registration.

Press Check License.

The message "payment still pending" is shown: You've paid with an eCheck. PayPal needs 3 - 5 business days to verify an eCheck. Try again when you receive the payment verification email from PayPal.

The message "wrong email or password" is shown:

You mistyped either the email or the password. If you've forgotten your password, click on "Password Forgotten" and fill out the form shown in the browser. A new random password will be sent to your email. Check the spam folder.

You used unsupported special characters in your password such as German Umlauts or non-latin characters. Use "Password forgotten" to set a compatible random password. Check the spam folder.

Confirm the dialog with OK.

Exit Storybook (File -> Exit)

Start Storybook. The Pro features are now ready to use.
